1975 BMW 2002a Automatic

If you are looking for a restored, clean, solid 1975 BMW 2002a Automatic, in excellent condition, this is one to consider. It can be a showroom car, but it is not in a showroom currently. This BMW 2002 Automatic, is clean, solid, reliable, and a blast to drive, with the factory sunroof, makes it even better.

6 years ago, the car came to us-(i am a BMW technician) with a bad motor. Due to its rare original color, and that it was an Automatic, decided to buy and restore it. This car is very clean, and solid, with no structural rust. Here are the details on the epic journey with this fantastic BMW 2002;

a; REBUILT 2 liter fuel injected engine with less then 5k on drive time, still in its break-in period, and running perfect.
b; REBUILT by the BMW FACTORY; 3 speed transmission, with approximately 30k on drive time, this transmission is mated from a later model 320i series car.
c; PAINT; the 2002 was painted to its' original color, 2yrs ago, and its in very good shape, with no issues.
d; INTERIOR; the front seats are custom FLOFITs, and the rear seats have been re-upholstered, and customized to match the front, and look beautiful.
e; DRIVELINE; the drive-ability of this car is wonderful, a few more details, such as front and rear windsheild seals, both front door seals have been replaced, a new starter was installed a few months back, the HEATER FAN works well, and basically everything is fully functional. All the work that needs to be done, has been done. The car has a clean title, current registration, is legal, and this car never needs to be smog certified again-(it is exempt in California). This BMW 2002 basically needs NOTHING done to it, in fact, i would be surprised if an inspection was done, and anything serious or nominal was found.

This is the model classic that brought BMW out of bankrupsty. If you are serious, and looking for a classic BMW to own, that is not a project, and basically trouble free, come see and drive this 2002.

* This BMW 2002 Automatic, is not stock, and has been -Upgraded to newer, more ergonomic standards from a later model BMW. It is currently being shown in a BMW restoration facility in San Mateo. (We are non-smokers, and have no pets)
