Mark's 1973 HPYheart_icon (1K)BMW 2oo2

This car has been sold

1973 BMW 2002; original CHAMONIX white on navy stock interior, with approximately 178k miles on it. i bought this BMW 2oo2 from the 2nd owner about 5yrs ago, & had nothing but fun and a good experience. around 2yrs ago the radiator blew, and the car overheated, so we had our BMW restoration shop, BEYOND 2 in burlingame do the valve job, and had the radiator recored. we also had the WEBER carbureter upgrade done at the same time, and now she really runs strong. ultimately its been a great driver for us all this time we have owned it. we have no other issues happen since then, and we have done basic routine maintenence.

It is all stock, original interior, rims and hubcaps, no modifications, good tires, good clutch, transmission shifts well with no grinding, electrical is all functioning, doors & windows all work fine, and the car locks up tight, including the trunk. the body is very straight and virtually rust free, suspension is satisfactory, and the paint is a repaint(original color) several years ago, but the car is still very presentable. the car has its share of parking lot dings, bobo's, paint chipping, etc, but no major dents. we have a CLEAN TITLE, its LEGAL, currently REGISTERED, and ready to drive away. this car runs VERY STRONG, since the valve job and not sure what they did in the repair, BUT it moves, when you accelerate, which is part of the fun in driving this car. this is a very clean un-molested, clean example of a 2oo2 in good, solid, and daily drive-able status ... starts on a dime, every time.
